When do I get my tracking number?
Within 1–2 business days of dispatch, by email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, see our Shipping Policy.
Tracking not updating?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after a label is created. If nothing moves for several days, get in touch.
Marked delivered, but missing?
Check with neighbours and shared mailboxes first. Still missing after 7 days? We’ll take it up with the carrier, see Returns & Refunds.
