When do I get my tracking number?
Within 1–2 business days of dispatch, by email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days — see our Shipping Policy.
Tracking not updating?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after a label is created. If nothing moves for several days, get in touch.
Marked delivered, but missing?
Check with neighbours and shared mailboxes first. Still missing after 7 days? We’ll take it up with the carrier — see Returns & Refunds.
