Order processing
Once you place an order, we begin preparing your shipment with our international fulfillment partners. Processing takes 1–3 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking once your package leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times
Standard delivery to United States addresses takes 5–12 business days after processing.
So total time from order to delivery: typically 1–3 weeks, depending on your location and current logistics conditions.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Once we launch tier-2 markets (UK, Canada, Australia), we'll update this policy with their delivery windows.

- Free Shipping: automatically applied to orders of $75 USD and over
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your order at any time from your account or from the order confirmation email.
For real-time tracking updates and a unified view of your shipment's journey, we recommend the Shop app — also linked in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For US destinations: orders under $800 USD are not subject to import duties under the US De Minimis rule. Your delivered price is what you pay — no additional fees at delivery.
For orders over $800 (rare for individual items), duties or import fees may apply at the discretion of US Customs. These would be the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we cannot reroute packages. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address you provided, the cost of reshipment is the customer's responsibility.
Delays
While we work to honor the delivery windows above, occasional delays can occur due to:
- Public holidays in transit countries
- Weather events
- Customs processing
- Carrier disruptions
If your order is significantly delayed beyond our published window, please contact us at info@korhonen.nl and we'll investigate.
Lost or stolen packages
If a tracking number shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building managers, and shared mailboxes
- Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL — depending on the carrier on your tracking)
- If still not found within 7 days, contact us at info@korhonen.nl and we'll work with the carrier to resolve
For packages confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), we will replace or refund at our discretion.
