We want you to love what arrives. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or report an issue. After 30 days, we can no longer accept returns or process refunds.

Detailed scenarios

1. Damaged or defective item

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@korhonen.nl or via our Contact form
  • Include clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label
  • We'll send a free replacement OR issue a full refund — your choice
  • You do not need to return the damaged item. It's yours to keep, dispose of, or pass on.

2. Wrong item or wrong variant received

If the item or variant you received doesn't match your order (wrong color, wrong size, wrong product entirely):

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of what arrived and your order number
  • We'll arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost
  • You can either return the wrong item (we'll provide a prepaid label) or keep it — your choice based on what's practical

3. Exchange for a different item

If you'd like a different product instead:

  • Contact us at info@korhonen.nl within 30 days of delivery
  • Same price exchange: send back the original item (you pay return shipping); we ship the new item at no additional cost
  • Different price exchange:
    • If the new item costs more: pay the difference
    • If the new item costs less: receive a partial refund for the difference
    • You pay return shipping on the original; we cover shipping on the new item

4. Change of mind / no longer want the item

If you simply don't want the product:

  • Contact us at info@korhonen.nl within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return
  • Return the item to our Rotterdam address (provided below) at your own shipping expense
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please contact us at info@korhonen.nl before sending — we'll issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number to include on your package. Returns sent without an RA may be delayed.

Refund timing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 days to display the refund on your statement

For damaged or defective items where no return is required, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of you confirming the issue with us.

Condition for returned items

To qualify for a refund on change-of-mind returns, items must meet all of these conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number (from your order confirmation email)

Items returned in poor condition, with significant wear, or without packaging may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

International return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees when returning items from outside the Netherlands. We recommend a tracked, insured service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Not eligible for return

  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse
  • Items past the 30-day return window
  • Items shipped to us without prior contact
