You have 30 days from delivery to return or report an issue. Damaged or wrong items are always on us, replaced or refunded for free.
Our promise
The essentials
Damaged or defective, free
Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. Free replacement or full refund, your choice. You keep the item, no need to ship it back.
Wrong item, free
We send the correct item at no cost. Keep or return the wrong one, whichever is practical.
Exchanges
Within 30 days. You cover the cost of return shipping; we ship the new item free. Price differences are charged or refunded.
Changed your mind
Within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. The cost of return shipping is yours; the refund is in full.
How it works
Start a return in four steps
Contact us within 30 days
Email info@korhonen.nl or call +31 6 85 24 62 36 with your order number. For damage or wrong items, include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Receive your Return Authorization
We reply within 24 hours, Mon-Fri, with an RA number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA may be delayed.
Ship it back
Send the item, unused and in its original packaging, to our returns address:

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is paid by you.
Get your refund
After a 1 to 2 day inspection, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Banks can take another 3 to 5 days to display it.
Our recommendation: Use a tracked, insured shipping service for returns, we can’t be responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

What a return needs
To qualify for a refund on change-of-mind returns, all four must be true.
Within 30 days
Initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Original condition
Unused, uninstalled, and free of wear.
Original packaging
Returned in the packaging it arrived in.
Order number included
From your order confirmation email.
Not eligible: Items that have been used or installed, damage caused after delivery through misuse, returns past the 30-day window, and shipments sent without prior contact.
