What's not covered
Damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
Water damage (unless the product is rated for damp areas)
Normal wear, including patina on natural materials
Products modified or repaired by third parties

If the fault is covered, we'll resolve it, whether that means a replacement part, a full replacement, or a refund.
