Every Korhonen lamp is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What's covered
- Electrical faults — the lamp stops working under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- LED failure within the warranty period
- Switches, dimmers, and controls that stop functioning
What's not covered
- Damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
- Water damage (unless the product is rated for damp areas)
- Normal wear, including patina on natural materials
- Products modified or repaired by third parties
How to claim
- Email info@korhonen.nl with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video
- We reply within 24 hours on weekdays
- If the fault is covered we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — in most cases you keep the faulty item, no return shipping needed
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and our 30-day return policy.
